Support Worker — Daily Living & Community Access

We are looking for passionate, reliable Support Workers to join our growing team in Sydney. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and the community.

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance
• Support community access and social participation
• Assist with household tasks and meal preparation
• Document support notes accurately and promptly
• Promote participant independence and choice

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) preferred
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current National Police Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
