Supported Independent Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS support that provides assistance with and/or supervision of daily tasks to help you live as independently as possible in shared or individual living arrangements.
SIL is available to NDIS participants who need support on a daily basis and who live in specialist disability accommodation or shared living arrangements.
- Assistance with daily activities (cooking, cleaning, personal care)
- Overnight and 24/7 support when needed
- Community participation and social skills
- Building life skills and independence
- Medication management and health support
